Valentine's Day Illustration Time-lapse

My first illustration of the year and I’m happy that it was for a holiday (say what you want about capitalism) that celebrates love. At first I was going to illustrate a couple until a friend suggested that I do something that celebrates platonic relationship instead. Now before those of you that are super passionate about comics and their authenticity I’m very aware that my illustration includes characters who are not in the same universe and may or may not hangout with one another.
